Effectively demonstrate how to recognize hazards and facilitate effective impromptu training and coaching when on the field. 8. Develop effective and clear methods to predict and prevent hazards. For example, create and update JSAs and other guidelines. 9. Produces thorough and concise management reports, newsletters and bulletins within established time-frames. 10. Accurately and in a timely manner, schedule and track safety training of employees. 11. Assist the superintendent with the facility NORM program. 12. Maintain site required documentation.       Required Skills: Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in in the oil and gas industry or other industrial manufacturing industry preferred. • OSHA 1910 and/or OSHA 1926, 10-hour and 30-hour instructor certifications a plus. Certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor desired. • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word applications with the ability to create presentations and training packets. • General knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and standards. • General knowledge of radiation dosimetry, and measurement devices. • Federal, State and Local Oil & Gas Regulations a plus. • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to HES operational needs. • Must also have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
