The Project Engineer – EH&S role is primarily responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of on-site project Environment Health & Safety programs. In accordance with the Lendlease Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Vision, this position is also responsible for demonstrating the IIF Vision in all aspects of their work as well as helping to hold their colleagues accountable for safe outcomes. Hires for this Project Engineer – EH&S opening will participate in Lendlease’s Graduate Program. The Graduate Program is a structured two-year program, with job rotations and development activities, which provides a consistent entry level experience for participants. Graduates will join learning courses throughout the program to enhance their technical, business, and leadership capability skills. At the end of the two-year program, participants work in cross-functional Action Learning Project (ALP) teams. Teams will present their projects at the end of the program and graduation event.
