David P. Rhodes has been a Safety Consultant with the PA/OSHA Consultation Program since 1995. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, on a part-time basis, for the Safety Sciences Department at IUP since 1994. David is a Board Certified Safety professional. He earned a BS-Safety Sciences and a MA- Industrial and Labor Relation, both, from IUP. Prior to IUP, he worked in the underwriting and loss control departments of a major insurance company.
