| Mark S. McGahen has spent the past two years with the PA/OSHA
Consultation Program. Prior to this appointment, Mark worked for over 18
years providing a wide range of loss control services for clients of the
insurance industry.
Mark has devoted much of his efforts to the development of safety and
health programs and employee training for small to medium size businesses
in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Kentucky. These efforts, including listening,
evaluating and strategizing the concerns of both management and labor,
assist in improving corporate bottom line loss costs. He combines regulatory
compliance with effectively developing positive safety cultures.
In 1996, Mark was successful in assisting Capitol Bus Company to become
the "Best in the Nation" for risk control practices.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters degree in safety and health
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and has been a Certified Safety
Professional (CSP) since 1996.
