Mr. Brougher has been a full time faculty member with the Safety Sciences Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania since 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). At IUP, Mr. Brougher serves as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant for the PA/OSHA Consultation Program. Before coming to IUP, Mr. Brougher served as an Environmental Health and Safety professional on the management team or as a consultant for various organizations including consulting firms, insurance agencies, research and development facilities, steel and iron foundries, and other manufacturing facilities.
