The Pennsylvania Labor Center, based in Indiana University of Pennsylvania,
was established in 1976 to provide training, education and technical assistance to union
members, officers, and staff across the state. The focus of the program is to strengthen
labor organizations and build the skills necessary to effectively meet the needs and
concerns of union members. The Center also works to improve labor-management relations in the unionized sector of Pennsylvania’s economy. |
