The Pennsylvania Labor Center was founded as the Pennsylvania Center for the Study of Labor Relations in 1976. It was established to provide education, research and training for workers and their organizations. The Labor Center is linked to the Industrial & Labor Relations Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
