Special Points of Emphasis

1.            Register for the course during the semester that you are doing this experience. For semester break and end of spring experiences your transcript will have an "L" grade at the end of the semester.

2.         Before leaving school for your experience, make sure you have obtained all proper forms for your cooperating teacher which you must deliver during your first meeting.

3.            Students enrolled in ED 342, or the second experience, must make sure that their cooperating teachers understand the emphasis on organization and teaching opportunities.  This, of course, must be consistent with the background and experience of the student.  One half of your experience should be in Health - if at all possible.

4.         All materials submitted for the second experience should be compared with insights gained from ED 242.  The quality of the written work should be excellent.
