We offer a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. We also offer a cohort-based Master of Arts degree at off-campus sites.

II. Elective Area (15 s.h.)

A. ILR Subject Matter Electives

B. ILR Professional Development Electives-ILR 618 Seminar
    in Current Issues; ILR 698 Internship; ILR 850 Thesis

C. Related Disciplines (with advisor approval), courses elected
    from Business, Business Administration, Economics, Elementary
    Education, Foundations of Education, History, Philosophy,
      Political Science, Psychology, Safety Sciences, Sociology

D. Limit of two Special Topics Courses or Workshops or Independent Study/Individualized
    Instruction may be counted toward your degree.
