I received my B.S. in Safety Science from IUP in May 2001. The Industrial and Labor Relations graduate program at IUP is a good fit for me because Safety Science is closely intertwined with Labor Relations. Many workplace problems involve health and safety issues, and having a firm grasp of Labor Relations will help me deal with these issues more effectively.

I received my B.A. in Employment Relations from SUNY Potsdam in May 2002. The Industrial and Labor Relations graduate program at IUP was an excellent fit for me because of my previous coursework in Human Resources and Labor Relations. The program has further developed my knowledge of the field, and greatly increased my marketability for a career in Human Resources.

I received my B.A. in History from IUP in May 2001. During the course of my undergraduate studies, I learned a great deal about the social and economic history of America. This was great preparation for the ILR graduate program at IUP, since it places a strong emphasis on American labor history and the employment relationship in general.

I received my B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management in May 2001. The ILR graduate program was a wonderful fit for me because it exposed me to all of the federal and state laws that regulate employment. Since a career as a hotel or restaurant manager will require me to deal with hundreds of employees on a daily basis, having knowledge in labor relations will be extremely helpful.

I recently received my Bachelors of Science in May 2002 here at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Human Resources Management. After learning about the ILR program, I decided to further my education with IUP. This is without a doubt the best path I could have chosen for myself, because it led me in the direction to further my education in Human Resources and Labor Relations. The program is definitely an excellent fit for my outgoing personality.

I received my B.S. in Management Information Systems from IUP in May 2002. IUP's graduate program in ILR was a great fit for me because I wanted something that would allow me to work with people, while also allowing me to use my skills and knowledge in computers. Many H.R. and Labor Relations positions use software in order to perform their job more efficiently. Having the computer knowledge that I have from my MIS degree will increase my marketability in that aspect.

I graduated with my B.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. Many of the broader social concepts that my undergraduate education provided me with, such as globalization and privatization, are beneficial to me in the M.A. program in Industrial and Labor Relations at IUP.
