Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning Compliance with the admission requirements of IUP's School of Graduate Studies and Research Evidence of coursework in statistics and research methodology and design Two letters of recommendation If bachelor's degree was earned within five years, at least one letter must be from a faculty member of the dean/director of undergraduate program If degree is older than five years, both letters must be from employers or professional colleagues  Personal letters of recommendation are not acceptable Satisfactory professional essay (minimum two typewritten pages) to include a description of: A significant professional accomplishment Expectations of graduate study Career goals

Application Process

Submit all application materials to IUP's School of Graduate Studies and Research.  Items include: 

Application form (located online at www.iup.edu/graduate.  Click on "Prospective Students" and "Application Information"  Two letters of recommendation Signed and dated statement of goals (professional essay) Official transcrips from all colleges and universities attended $40 application fee (nonrefundable)
