Undergraduate Study

The IUP Undergraduate program in Health, Physical Education and Sport consists of two degree programs for the undergraduate HPED major.

The first is a B.S. in Health and Physical Education, geared toward PA state licensure for K-12 teachers in the state of PA.

The second degree program is a B. S. in Physical Education/Sport, a degree geared toward non-teaching professionals in the field of Health, Physical Education and Sport.  Majors in the B. S. in Physical Education/Sport select from one of four specialty tracks (Exercise Science, Sport Management, Athletic Training and Aquatics).

For more information regarding IUP undergraduate admissions, go to the IUP Undergraduate Admissions web site.
