There was a sudden cloudburst outside, but inside students enjoyed the cookout after Freshman Convocation. Students in Human Development and Environmental Studies break the ice during a freshman reader activity. Dr. Mike Korns, Industrial Labor Relations, discusses Fast Food Nation with students at Freshman Reader Table Talk. Students discuss concerns about fast food with Professor Leigh Ann Harvey, Food and Nutrition, at Freshman Reader Table Talk. Provost Cheryl Samuels addresses freshmen assembled for convocation.
