Mrs. Fry earned her BS in Dietetics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania
where she also completed her dietetic internship and continued on to earn her MS. Her instructional responsibilities are to teach FDNT 362, Experimental Foods and FDNT
145, Introduction to Nutrition. Her program and research interests include:
food composition and preparation, nutrition education, pediatric nutrition,
and sports nutrition. Professional development activities include: member of
the Food and Culinary Professionals, Pediatric Nutrition, and Sports, Cardiovascular,
and Wellness Nutritionists dietetic practice groups within the American Dietetic
Association. She is also working on a project for the development of a "visual" dictionary and food preparation techniques as an electronic resource for introductory and experimental foods with Dr. Mia Barker and IUP undergraduate student Sarah Wennogle
